Terms of Service
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all agreements between International Network Hosting LLC ("INHost," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("customer," "you," or "your") concerning the use of our hosting services and Discord Bots provided through our website and platforms.
1.2. By using our services and Discord Bots, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected.
2.1. The offerings on our website are invitations to order and do not constitute legally binding offers.
2.2. By placing an order or using our Discord Bots, you make a binding offer to enter into a contract. The contract is concluded when we accept your offer by sending a confirmation email, activating the service, or granting access to the Discord Bots.
3.1. The prices for our services are calculated based on a one-month contract duration unless otherwise specified. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
3.2. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in pricing or service descriptions.
3.3. We accept the following forms of payment:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover Card
- PayPal
- Bank Transfers
3.4. Payment Gateways and Invoicing:
3.4.1. For payments **below $100 USD**, we issue custom invoices via the payment gateway Zbooni (https://www.zbooni.com/).
3.4.2. For payments **above $100 USD**, we invoice through our website using the payment gateway Paddle (https://www.paddle.com/).
3.4.3. **Exception:** Customers residing in the Middle East in areas affected by war or conflict will be invoiced via Zbooni regardless of the payment amount, due to its robust protection against fraudulent disputes and illegal chargebacks.
3.5. By providing your payment details, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway providers.
4.1. After ordering a service, you will receive an email summarizing the details of your contract.
4.2. You must ensure that all personal data provided is accurate and up-to-date, including your email address and billing information.
5.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5.2. You must ensure that any content you upload or distribute through our services does not infringe on third-party rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
5.3. You agree not to engage in activities that disrupt our services or systems. Any disruptive actions may result in account suspension or termination without prior warning.
5.4. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, including violations of third-party rights.
5.5. You acknowledge that ordering a dedicated server or customized dedicated server that is not available in stock may take 7-15 days to be provisioned. You agree to this potential delivery timeframe when placing your order.
6.1. Our obligation to provide services is contingent upon your timely fulfillment of your obligations under this agreement.
6.2. Service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for such interruptions but will strive to restore services promptly.
6.3. If performance becomes impossible due to unavailability, you may withdraw from the contract after allowing a reasonable grace period for resolution.
7.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that cause network disruptions or legal issues.
7.2. If your actions result in additional costs to us (e.g., acquiring new IP addresses due to blacklisting), we may seek reimbursement from you.
7.3. We may suspend your account if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activities or infringement of third-party rights.
8.1. You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
8.2. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision in writing (e.g., email).
8.3. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, less any costs for services already provided.
9.1. Your Responsibility for Data Backup
For the sake of your work and benefit, you are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups of your data stored on our servers. You must ensure local backups of your important data on your own servers or hard drives.
9.2. No Liability for Data Loss
We do not provide any disaster recovery services. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of data that arises on the server in case of any incident. As the renter of the server, you are in charge of keeping your files safe. Regular backups should be performed by you from time to time in case of emergency.
10.1. You agree to use all INHost services and facilities at your own risk. We specifically disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any loss, including data loss or other commercial damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages.
10.2. You agree to defend, indemnify, save, and hold us harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of our services or any product sold by you.
10.3. This includes any injury to person or property caused by products sold or distributed in connection with our servers.
11.1. We offer billing on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis, depending on the selected plan. All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any refunds for any services provided.
11.2. All vDedicated Servers, Virtual Private Servers, and Dedicated Servers are contracted for one-month periods. Prices are calculated based on this one-month contract duration.
11.3. If you wish to cancel your service, you must notify us in writing (e.g., email) at least 7-14 days before the end of your contract period. You cannot cancel the server at the end of the month without prior notice.
11.4. If we do not receive your cancellation notice within the specified timeframe, your contract will be automatically renewed, and you will be issued an invoice for the next period.
11.5. Payment Processing:

11.6. By providing your payment details, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway providers.
12.1. All accounts are billed according to their activation dates. If you do not renew your service within 5 days after deactivation, your account will be suspended.
12.2. If you do not renew your service within 30 days after deactivation, your account will be terminated. You will receive an email reminder 5 days prior to deactivation.
13.1. All services provided by us may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law is prohibited.
13.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the service that harms you or any other party.
13.3. We actively enforce our Acceptable Use Policy. Offending content or users are suspended from our network as soon as they are discovered. We will inform you when and why any action has been taken.
13.4. Pornography is prohibited on all our servers. This includes sites with sexually explicit or hardcore images and/or advertising.
13.5. You acknowledge that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than our negligence, and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, you agree that we shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond our direct and exclusive control.
13.6. You further acknowledge that our liability for our own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by you for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall we be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury.
13.7. Illegality in any form, including unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted material, harassment, fraud, and trafficking in obscene material, is not permitted.
13.8. Content related to hacking, cracking, warez, and IRC is not allowed. Software, audio, and video downloads may only be hosted if you own the rights or have permission to distribute them. Accounts suspended due to content or Acceptable Use Policy violations are not refunded under any circumstances.
14.1. We are not responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, arising from our servers going offline or being unavailable for any reason.
14.2. We are not responsible for any claimed damages resulting from the corruption or deletion of any website from our servers. All damages are limited to the immediate termination of service.
15.1. We cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We are not liable for any estimated profits lost due to site malfunction.
15.2. Some services we provide are resold. Equipment, routing, software, and programming used by us may not be directly owned or written by us. We hold no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts.
15.3. Failure to follow any terms or conditions will result in immediate account deactivation.
15.4. We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice for any reason without restitution.
15.5. We retain the right to change any or all of these policies, guidelines, and disclaimers without notification.
16.1. We provide hosting solely as a service. Our responsibility is to ensure the availability and basic functionality of the hosting environment.
16.2. We do not manage or monitor the content or data you store on our servers beyond what is necessary to fulfill our obligations under this agreement.
17.1. Usage of Discord Bots
Our Discord Bots, including AntiLink and others in development, are made available for public use. By adding our bots to your Discord server or interacting with them, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines provided.
17.2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our Discord Bots, including but not limited to using them for illegal activities, spamming, harassment, or violating Discord's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
17.3. Data Collection and Privacy
Our Discord Bots may collect certain data necessary for their operation, such as user IDs, messages containing commands, and server information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share this data with third parties except as required by law.
17.4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our Discord Bots, including code, design, and functionalities, are owned by us. You may not modify, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the bots without our explicit permission.
17.5. Liability and Warranty
We provide our Discord Bots on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the bots.
17.6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access to our Discord Bots at any time without notice. Misuse of the bots may result in immediate removal from your server and potential banning from future use.
17.7. Updates and Changes
We may update our Discord Bots and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the bots constitutes acceptance of any changes.
18.1. Support Platform: We provide comprehensive support to our customers through the following platforms:

- Ticketing System: Submit a support ticket through our website at inho.st/support. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours.
- Live Chat: Available on our website during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).

18.2. Response Times: We strive to respond to all support requests promptly. Typical response times are:

18.3. Support Hours: Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, excluding public holidays. For support outside these hours, please use the Discord Server for real-time assistance.
19.1. By using our services and Discord Bots, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
